Who we are
Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli was founded in the province of Venice in 1988 with the aim of training future professionals in the world of pizza. It is the only school to have certified the training of its instructors and to have physical facilities with equipped classrooms and laboratories dedicated to professional training, both nationally and worldwide. The School’s educational program is the most comprehensive in the educational landscape of the pizza world: from the Professional Pizzaiolo 1st level course to Advanced Training for professionals, from sustainability in pizzerias to new trends, we share techniques and knowledge to train the pizzaiolo of the future.
In addition, Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli carries out technical or management consulting, team building, events and activities aimed at the amateur world as well, working closely with our partners to bring value to business-to-business networking.
