A child of art and the fourth generation of a family of Sardinian bakers, I was born and raised among sacks of flour before graduating with a degree in Economics and Business Management from Cagliari. After specializing at Cast Alimenti and working for several companies in the area, I began my career as a technician in a mill. Right there, observing the day-to-day work, I realized that the real challenge for those who run bakeries and pizzerias is not only to know the product perfectly, but to learn the most difficult craft: the “Know-How Company.”
In fact, we often see professionals who are very good technically but struggle at the entrepreneurial level. Therefore, for the past five years I have decided to put my experience at your service: I am dedicated to business development, working alongside owners in human resource management, delegation organization and number control. My goal? To help you stop being a “slave” to your business and turn good pizza makers into true entrepreneurs, because as I always say: you enter the classroom by making pizza and leave by doing business!
