Extroverted and dynamic, Alessandro is a true force of nature, passionate about the all-around restaurant world. In fact, he abandoned his career as a surveyor to launch himself into the world of white art. Over the years he matures professional experience at hotels and restaurants, having the good fortune to work with the best professionals in the area, who have made him grow as a pizza maker by teaching him the art of baking and doughs. His passion for pizza has always been manic, and he has always been driven and fascinated by the desire to improve and experiment with new techniques. His dream of opening a pizza school in his region came true: in November 2018 he successfully passed the Master Instructor Course, becoming the contact person for the courses for Trentino.
