Angelo Silvestrini

Angelo Silvestrini is one of the historical Instructors of Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. He began his work in his family's trattoria, which he later transformed into Ristorante Pizzeria, which to this day he manages in Piavon di Oderzo, in the province of Treviso. Passionate about the food world at 360°, he attends several specialization courses in pizza, cooking, brewing and wine and food pairing. He has collaborated for years with the organization of the World Pizza Championship in Parma as a Race Judge. He has been a Master Instructor since 1998, holds courses for pizza makers at the Caorle (VE) headquarters, Seminars and Masterclasses at the most important trade fairs in Italy and abroad.
