Fabio Sebastiani


Fabio's career path has gone through various experiences in the food industry: from gastronome in a supermarket department to supermarket manager, from pizzeria owner to manager of a major quick-service restaurant and pizzeria. He has attended several training courses in the pizza industry, including Master Instructor with Certified Training Path in May 2014. He is currently in charge of the restaurant "Le Buonevoglie" at a Shopping Center in Padua. He is the contact person for holding courses for pizza makers in the Padua area, also training pizza makers at foreign locations (China, Germany). He is involved in technical and product consulting in Italy and abroad.
