Philip Marini


Filippo Marini has been working in the restaurant industry since a very young age, initially as an employee, filling the role of waiter and later as a Pizzaiolo. In 2005 he began his career as an entrepreneur, managing two establishments he successfully runs the pizzeria Nord Est located in Norma in the province of Latina. In June 2016 he became Master Instructor of the Italian School of Pizzaioli.
