Giuseppe D'Angelo is a Master Pizzaiolo with 36 years of experience and highly regarded as a technical consultant in baking. Throughout his career he has distinguished himself by introducing a variety of alternative doughs. He boasts presence as a Juror in important World, European and National Championships. His main goal is to popularize Quality Pizza and to revalue the typical products of his region such as Sicilian Ancient Grains. He prefers the use of local and seasonal products to make his fillings in order to guarantee a unique, exclusive, genuine and healthy final product. In 2021 he successfully passed the Master Instructor Course with Certified Training Path of the Italian Pizzaioli School. Today he is the contact person for the Bagheria (Palermo) location.
