Master Instructor for courses in Tuscany
Parallel to his activity as owner of various pizzerias, Pino holds training courses that allow him to increase his skills, until he became Instructor of the Italian School of Pizzaioli. He began teaching courses for pizzaioli since 1990 in Livorno, Florence, and Grosseto; he has also dedicated himself to the activity of consulting by assisting clients in the opening of pizzerias in Italy and abroad, as well as collaborating with an Umbrian milling company. Since the 2000s he has been cooperating with the World Pizza Championship organization as a competition judge.
