Master Instructor with Certified Training Course, Instructional Manager School Italian Pizzaioli. Animated by great passion and exceptional technical competence, Luca has an innate predisposition for teaching, consolidated by numerous teaching experiences at Institutions and Hotel Institutes. He has been a Master Instructor since 2010, often holding side-by-side in holding the first courses for newly trained instructors. Since 2021, he has been the Head Teacher of Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli.
