Mario Signorile


Mario Signorile approached the world of catering at a very young age: passionate about cooking, he began working at restaurants as a waiter, then cook and pizza maker, until the crowning of his dream, the opening of a pizzeria. Since 2002 he has been the owner and manager of "Pizzeria del Centro" in the center of Turate (Co). He participates and competes in numerous pizza competitions, leading him to the top step of the podium in the Category alongside a Chef. He has developed consulting activities in Italy abroad, both for restaurant chains and individual pizzerias. Since 2014, he has been a Master Instructor for Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli.
