Paolo Priore is an entrepreneur and teacher working in the restaurant industry since 2001. Passionate about the food world at 360°, he attends several courses in the pizzeria and bakery sector. He has collaborated with several organizations as a Race Judge in competitions for pizza makers in Italy and abroad. He holds courses for pizza makers at the Bitonto headquarters, Seminars and Masterclasses at the most important sector fairs. An expert and passionate about food photografy and social networking, he has been the Marketing and Communications Manager of Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli since 2021.
