Rosa Casulli

Owner of the Mc Rose pizzeria in Putignano, Rosa is endowed with passion and a thirst for knowledge, boasting a long experience in the industry, leading her to compete in numerous competitions and achieve the title of World Classic Pizza Champion in 2008. She conducts a series of training courses, enabling her to earn the Master Instructor certificate in 2010. She is a teacher for Istituto Eccelsa in Alberobello (BA), a partner of Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli for the Puglia region. In June 2016, she participates and successfully passes the PFC Master Instructor course of Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli.
