Tiziano De Filippis is the technician of the art of pizza, which he interprets as a discipline.

He grew his skills directly in his family’s pizzeria, taking care of dough and baking, management, dining and cooking, while maturing the value of the importance of dedication, tenacity and method in the competitive sporting activity that he combines with his work.

Since 2017, he has dedicated himself entirely, in Italy and abroad, to the development and technical assistance of Farine Le 5 Stagioni, the Agugiaro & Figna Molini brand reserved for the world of pizza.

Since 2021 he has been part of the Committee of the Italian Pizzaioli School, taking part in the group of Master Instructors of the School, giving all his experience in the field in the courses that are offered, but especially in the directive and management part.

  • 1999 – 2009: Pizzeria manager at “Pizzeria Da Roberto” in Caorle; from 2006 to 2009 Staff coordination
  • 01/2010 – 05/2010: Pizzaiolo at “La Vita” Restaurant in Perth, Australia
  • 05/2010 – 10/2010: Pizzaiolo at Pizzeria “Pizza Loca” in Caorle
  • 10/2010 – 05/2016: Sector Manager Pizzeria and Pizzaiolo at the “Villa Foscarini Cornaro” in
    Gorgo al Monticano
  • 06/2017 – 01/2021 Technical demonstrator and consultant for “Agugiaro & Figna Molini Spa” at home and abroad.
  • From 01/2021 to present Technical Director Italian Pizzaioli School.
