Emanuele Sciortino


Young and outgoing, passionate about the world of White Art and catering in general, Emanuele began his professional journey at a very young age, working for several years as a bartender or range chef, until he opened his own establishment in 2004, Pizzeria Ai Portici. Determined to improve his skills, he attended courses in baking and later in the pizzeria field. In November 2018, he attended and successfully passed the Master Instructor course.
