Paolo is an instructor with a strong motivation to deepen his knowledge and skills through participation in numerous training courses, not only in the pizza field. Participation in pizza competitions becomes an opportunity for comparison with colleagues and a further stimulus for growth and an opportunity for experimentation with new doughs and recipes; for this reason Paolo participates in the most important national and international pizza competitions always obtaining excellent results. He is the owner and manager of the pizzeria and restaurant "Il Tilacino 366″, in San Gaetano al Curone, in the province of Alessandria.
