Academy of Inclusion: pizzeria Civic 25 and Italian Pizzaioli School together for professional integration.

The appointment is in September 2025 in Castel Bolognese, for theofficial opening of the Academy of Inclusion: a major educational and social project resulting from the collaboration between Eugenio Iannella of the Civico 25 pizzeria and the Italian Pizzaioli School.
We are proud and happy to be part of this initiative dedicated to young people with intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome and kids who have been bullied, and which aims at vocational integration through learning.

The main objective is to provide specific and certifiable skills in the restaurant industry, valuing individuality and guiding students on a path that promotes autonomy and awareness.

Luigi Timoncini, master instructor, will coordinate the course with an inclusive curriculum and accessible materials, supported by qualified educators.
Broken down into two training cycles of four months each, with biweekly small group meetings, the course involves learning six types of baked goods, alternating theory and practice with professional equipment and attention to safety.
At the end, each student will receive an official certificate from the Italian Pizzaioli School, and the project will conclude with a presentation and tasting open to the public. The Inclusion Academy aims to be a forerunner in this type of activity and to be a replicable model, demonstrating how catering can foster dignity, autonomy and inclusion for those who are often excluded.
