Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli and Metro Italia together for quality training in the pizza industry

 

Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli announces a new partnership with Metro Italia, which joins the network of official partners with the goal of promoting technical and professional training in the world of pizza.

The project involves theactivation of courses and master classes at Metro Academy Milan, dedicated to Metro customers and professionals in the horeca sector. The classes, curated by the school’s Master Instructors, will offer concrete tools to improve production processes, flour knowledge, dough management and baking techniques.

The collaboration also includes the use of Metro Chef-branded references within courses to raise awareness of the quality and versatility of Metro products, as well as a customized one-on-one consulting program aimed at pizzerias to optimize production and staff management.

The first event will be theOpen Day Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli and Metro, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 25, at the Metro Academy Milan. An event open to industry professionals and operators, designed to present the partnership’s training program and concretely illustrate how training and consulting can improve performance in pizzerias.

Four 30-minute technical seminars will be held throughout the day, focusing on key topics such as dough management, baking techniques, sustainability and innovation in the pizza world.
