Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli opens four new locations between Greece and Cyprus

On Nov. 10, Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli opened its first four locations in Greece and Cyprus, marking a major step forward for the white art in the Mediterranean.

The new training hubs are located in the cities of:

Metamorphosis (Athens area-Greece)

Heraklion (Crete Island – Greece)

Kos (Kos Island – Greece)

Strovolos (Nicosia area – Cyprus)

The opening of the new locations was possible, as always, thanks to the support of passionate and longstanding partners, notably Grandi Cucine, Global Foods, and Le 5 Stagioni.

Above all, the arrival of Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli in Greece and Cyprus marks an important debut. Indeed, these countries show that they have a vibrant and growing market, where pizza is poised to experience a phase of great transformation. First and foremost, interest in new doughs and contemporary styles of pizza making, already a central trend in Italy, stands out.
