Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli opens new headquarters in Bournemouth, UK

The Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli network is expanding again. On September 29, the new office in Bournemouth, UK, the second in the country after the one in Redditch, was officially opened. An important step that consolidates our international presence and mission to spreadhigh professional training in the pizza industry.

Today Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli boasts numerous locations in Italy and abroad, and over the years has become a benchmark for the specialization of pizza makers. Indeed, the heart of our mission remains in-person training. We believe that the value of getting hands-on, confronting other pizza makers and learning directly from the Masters cannot be replaced. It is precisely in face-to-face, observing and trying, that the most solid professional skills are built.

The opening of the new Bournemouth location was possible thanks to close collaboration with a number of partners including Casa di Vini, which made its spaces available, and Le 5 Stagioni, a top brand of flours and blends for pizzerias. With this new project, Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli brings a piece of Italy to the south coast of England, offering novice and professional pizzaioli a unique opportunity to grow, perfect themselves and experience training up close with some of the best instructors.

The new location also represents an added value for the UK’s pizza makers, who will have the opportunity to update, specialize in some particular techniques and hone their skills without having to travel long distances. Bournemouth thus becomes a meeting and growth point for the entire local professional community: a place where the knowledge of the Master Pizzaioli is made available to those who want to improve every day, keeping the level of pizza in the UK high.
