A design traced by Amèrico Coppini, already an experienced Master Cheesemaker, who began to approach the world of Olive Oils with passion. Thus began an adventure destined to become an excellent example of a virtuous company.
Today Coppini Arte Olearia is a national and international reference brand for the production and distribution of extra virgin olive oil of certain and certified quality, a supplier to important Italian and multinational food companies. Amèrico Coppini’s design has found continuity and new momentum with his son Ernesto, an entrepreneur who has made the pursuit of quality and excellence his guideline. Today the company is in its fourth generation and combines the tradition of the family business with the innovation of a modern and capable young entrepreneurship.
Today, as in 1946, the company has the same attention and care for its extra virgin oil, from the olives to the finished product and delivered directly to its customers. A certain and certified quality, thanks to the traceability of the supply chain guaranteed by CSQA and the Identity Card that the company first introduced on each bottle.
To state with extreme clarity and transparency the true origin of one’s extra virgin oil in 1988, the t.o.p. project was born – Traceability of Product Origin. This brand represents the identity of the company, the certification of the excellence of the proposed product, and an authentic internal specification that leaves no margin for error.
The Identity Card, declares all data about the extra virgin: cultivar, organoleptic classification, certified by an accredited panel, aroma and flavor.
Coppini Arte Olearia, in the production areas, Sicily, Abruzzo and Puglia, supports olive growers/conveyors, through the advice of expert agronomists, so that they comply with the specification drawn up by the company.
In the Pilot Oil Mill of Belìce Coppini Arte Olearia researches with the best technologies and elaborates production techniques to obtain a superior extra virgin oil, of certain and certified quality and sustainable.
From the province of Parma, the Food Valley, finally, the company organizes the logistics and sales network, using the infrastructure and know-how acquired in more than 75 years of business.
