Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli was founded in the province of Venice in 1988 with the aim of training future professionals in the world of pizza. It is the only school to have certified the training path of its instructors and to have physical structures with classrooms and laboratories equipped for professional training, both nationally and worldwide. The school’s educational program is the most comprehensive in the pizza training landscape: from the Professional Pizzaiolo 1st level course to Advanced Training for professionals, from sustainability in pizzerias to new trends, we share techniques and knowledge to train the pizzaiolo of the future.
