The story of Gioiella began on the wheels of a bicycle, a tale of passion and ingenuity, a family story. It was 1946 when a bicycle, with its milk cans, took us to collect the finest milk in the world from the farms of Gioia del Colle. Where others saw just a bicycle, we saw a dream, we built paths, reached milestones. Our homeland, Le Murge, with its history between two seas, the intensity of its amber tones, its straightforward character, and its untamed pride have always inspired us. That’s why we are committed to honoring Apulia, magnificent and unmistakable, through the art of cheesemaking, creating products of the highest quality. Our IGP burratas and DOP mozzarellas, crafted with traditional expertise, are the fruits of this commitment. And then our Cuor di Gioiella cream, scamorzas, stracciatellas, smoked cheeses, are all delights where 100% Italian milk becomes the main ingredient for creating excellence. Today, in an era where pizza has become gourmet, we dive into this world with a clear vision: to transform the “Made in Puglia” and its cheesemaking art into a supreme representation of talent.
